1 organic orange<br />
½ cup of non-fat organic milk<br />
2 tbsp poppy seeds<br />
1 organic egg<br />
¼ cup organic canola oil<br />
1 ½ cups plain organic flour<br />
1/4 cup agave nectar<br />
1 tsp organic baking powder<br />
1 tsp organic baking soda<br />
Instructions:<br />
Preheat the oven to 350°F.</p>
<p>In a small bowl, soak 2 tbsp poppy seeds in ½ cup of organic milk and let it stand for about 20 minutes.</p>
<p>Cut the organic orange into 8 pieces and remove any seeds. Place the whole organic orange (including skin), the organic milk with poppy seeds, the organic egg and organic canola oil in a blender and blend until smooth.</p>
<p>In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. Make a well in the center and add the wet mix to the dry and stir carefully until just mixed.</p>
<p>Fill mixture into muffin tins and bake for about 15 &#8211; 20 minutes. Check regularly to ensure you don&#8217;t burn them.</p>
<p>Enjoy for breakfast or with a nice cup of organic coffee or tea in the afternoon.</p>

1 cup sliced, fresh organic strawberries</p>
<p>Instructions:</p>
<p>Preheat oven to 250F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Take a 9-inch plate and place upside down on the parchment paper, then draw an outline of that plate (to make a nice even round shape).</p>
<p>Place organic egg whites in a bowl and beat eggs until very foamy using an electric mixer. Add cream of tartar to the organic egg whites then continue mixing on medium speed until peaks start to form. Slowly add organic sugar a little bit at a time and beating on high between each addition. Keep mixing until egg whites are stiff. Carefully spoon the meringue mixture onto the parchment paper, following the outline to shape into a circle. Flatten the center of the meringue a little bit so that the edges are slightly higher.</p>
<p>Gently place in the oven and bake for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Switch off oven and allow meringue to dry (in oven). This may take about 2 hours. Finally, remove from oven and allow to cool. Once meringue is cool, spread the organic no-free whipped cream over it and top with sliced organic strawberries. Serve immediately.</p>
<p>A light and delicious ending to a romantic Valentine&#8217;s Day dinner.</p>

<p>Place organic flour and half of the organic sugar in a sifter and sift together in large mixing bowl. Place organic egg whites in another mixing bowl. Add cream of tarter and beat on high speed with an electric mixer. Add half the remaining organic sugar and continue to beat for 1 minute. Add the rest of the organic sugar and beat again for 1 minute. Stir in organic almond and organic vanilla extracts.  With a rubber spatula mix together the flour mixture and the egg mixture. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place batter in an ungreased cake pan. Bake 45 minutes or until the cake bounces back easily when lightly touched.</p>

Slowly add organic sugar and continue beating until two ingredients are creamed together. Add organic eggs, one at time, beating on low speed after each addition. Use a rubber spatula and fold in organic cinnamon and organic pepper. Add in the orange zest and organic carrots and stir well to incorporate the flavors. Place organic flour, organic baking powder and organic salt in a sifter. Sift together into a separate bowl. Stir half of the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Fold in organic pineapple and organic walnuts. Finish mixing the rest of the flour mixture into the batter. Spray 2 loaf pans with an organic non stick cooking spray. Fill both pans with the batter. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake the loaves 25 minutes or until a nice golden brown on top and toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.</p>
