2 organic tangelos, peeled, pitted and sectioned
1/2 organic pineapple, cored and cut into chunks
1 medium organic banana, sliced
2 tablespoons organic orange juice
1 teaspoon fresh organic mint, chopped
Instructions:
Place organic tangelos in a large mixing bowl. Add organic pineapple and banana. Pour organic orange juice over the fruit. Sprinkle in the mint. Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve chilled.

1 (20 ounce) can organic pineapple chunks in it own juice, drained
1 large organic egg
1/2 cup organic pineapple juice, unsweetened
1/4 teaspoon orange extract
1 tablespoon organic canola oil
1 1/2 cup organic all purpose flour
1 teaspoon organic baking soda
1 teaspoon organic baking powder
Instructions:
Place 1/4 cup of organic pineapple chunks in a blender. Puree until very smooth. Place in large bowl. Place organic egg in the bowl with the puree and mix slightly. Add organic pineapple juice, orange extract and organic oil. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until well combined. Add organic flour to the mixture. Stir slightly with a rubber spatula. Sprinkle in organic baking soda and organic baking powder. Use the electric mixer on medium speed and beat until completely combined and all dry ingredients are well moistened. Use the rubber spatula and gently stir in the remaining pineapple chunks. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a square baking dish with organic non stick cooking spray. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting.

The fruit you choose is up to you. Choose any of your organic favorite fruits such as strawberries, peaches, kiwi, bananas and mangos.
4 cups fresh organic fruit
1/2 cup fresh organic orange juice
1 pinch organic salt
Organic sugar to taste
Instructions:
Spread sliced organic fruit in one layer on a baking sheet. Freeze, uncovered, until frozen solid. Once the organic fruit is frozen, let thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes. Place in blender with organic orange juice and process until smooth. Add a small pinch of organic salt and a little organic sugar to taste.

½ cup unsweetened organic cocoa powder
1 4oz jar of organic prune-flavored baby food
3 organic egg whites
½ cup organic sugar
½ teaspoon organic salt
1 teaspoon organic vanilla
¼ cup organic whole wheat flour, ¼ cup organic white flour
Preheat oven to 350F. Pray a non-stick brownie pan with a little organic cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, taking care not to overbake. Remove to wire rack to cool and serve.

Ingredients:
1 cup organic cranberries
Juice of 1/2 organic lemon
Organic sugar to taste
Instructions:
Place organic cranberries in a blender. Pour in organic lemon juice and puree. Add organic sugar one teaspoon at a time. Blend slightly after each addition. Taste as you add the sugar 1 teaspoon at a time until you reach the desired sweetness. Pour mixture into a strainer to release the juices. Place in the refrigerator 30 minutes or more. Serve.
