<p>1/4 cup organic olive oil<br />
1/4 cup organic orange juice<br />
2 tablespoons organic rice wine vinegar<br />
1 tablespoon organic honey or agave<br />
1/4 teaspoon organic pepper<br />
8 cups mixed organic salad greens<br />
1 organic pink grapefruit, in segments<br />
1 organic orange, in segments<br />
1 organic pear, sliced<br />
1 cup organic grapes, seedless<br />
1/2 cup organic dried cranberries</p>
<p>Instructions:</p>
<p>Pour the organic olive oil, organic orange juice and organic vinegar into a small bowl. Whisk slightly. Add organic honey and whisk briskly until the honey is completed blended in. Add the pepper and stir. Place the organic salad greens on a plate. Top the greens with the organic grapefruit segments, organic orange segments, organic pear slices, organic grapes and organic cranberries. Drizzle the dressing over the entire salad. Serves 4</p>

<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>1 tablespoon organic shallots, chopped fine<br />
3 tablespoons organic sherry vinegar<br />
1 tablespoon organic Dijon mustard<br />
2 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil<br />
1 tablespoon organic honey<br />
1/4 teaspoon organic pepper<br />
4 organic kumquats<br />
1 head organic lettuce<br />
1 bunch organic watercress<br />
2 organic grapefruits, peeled and sectioned<br />
1 organic avocado, peeled and sectioned</p>
<p>Instructions:</p>
<p>Place organic shallots in the sherry vinegar in a mixing bowl. Add organic mustard, organic olive oil and organic honey. Sprinkle in organic pepper. Whisk all together until completely combined. Fill 3/4 of small sauce pan with water and bring to a quick boil. Add kumquats. Bring back to a boil and allow the kumquats to boil for 30 seconds. Drain, pat dry and slice thin. Place watercress, grapefruit sections, avocado sections and kumquat slices into the sherry vinaigrette and toss to cover well. Make a bed of organic lettuce on a plate. Spoon vinaigrette mixture over the lettuce. Serve immediately.</p>
<p>Serving Size: about 1 cup of salad with 1 tablespoon vinaigrette</p>

<p>4 slices of turkey bacon<br />
1 cup Sweetened organic dried cranberries<br />
1 (6 ounce) package organic spinach salad greens<br />
1 sweet organic red onion, sliced thin<br />
1/2 cup organic honey<br />
1/3 cup organic lime juice<br />
2 tablespoons spicy organic mustard</p>
<p>Instructions:</p>
<p>Place the bacon in a skillet over medium heat.  Cook the bacon until very crisp.  Drain on a piece of paper towel.  Place the organic honey, organic lime juice and organic mustard in a microwave safe bowl.  Stir until mixed together.  Place the bowl in the microwave on high temperature for 30 seconds.  Test: if not warm enough, microwave at 5 second intervals until attaining desired temperature.  Clean the organic spinach.  Place the leaves on a serving plate.  Spread the organic cranberries over the organic spinach.  Crumble the bacon over the top.  Pour the warm dressing over the entire salad just before serving.</p>
